Lori Lynne Tromble, President, CEO
As the President and Chief Executive Officer, Lori is leading RCS in its second year of professional services to its clients. With her CPA experience, she also performs the project financial, accounting, and auditing services. Lori has 8 years as a CPA with a significant client base in real estate management and development performing their audits. She also has 25 years of executive management experience with large medical practices, which included implementing new practice and accounting software.
Lori is a proven manager and a gifted communicator. She is skilled with critical listening and resolving issues that arise within an organization’s ownership, management, and staff.
Douglas Oppman, Vice President
As the Vice President, Douglas supports the clients with construction management services, construction claims, dispute resolution, owners representation, estimating and cost analysis, scheduling and schedule analysis, contract management, and value engineering. Previously he performed design engineering for 6 years after graduating from civil engineering school. Thereafter he entered the construction industry. Since graduating from evening law school in 2011 while working full time, Douglas has focused on preconstruction management, change order management, alternative dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and schedule analysis.
