Doug was the claims and estimating manager for Harris & Associates on Construction Package 1 from November 2018 through May 2019. During that period Doug made a significant impact to the program. He has identified numerous opportunities for improvement in safety and scheduling where better co-ordination of the trades was required. He also recommended several value-engineering initiatives and pressed contractual commitments that have resulted in material cost savings for Corvasc.
